App creation for PhD model

I am a PhD final year student in Sociology. I want to create a self reporting App that is linked to the school district office and police for sexual abuse victims in schools as one of my contributions. But I am racing against time and I am completely out of my depth when it comes to IT. I do have something I have asked ChatGPT to generate for me. No sure whether I can paste it here for assistance? It does not need to be fully functional, just something with a clear structure, so that the committee can see the direction I am taking. Their IT team will polish it and upload it in play store.

Suggest you try Gemini ; as for programming / tasks "planning" of this nature, it may give you the insights/edge you need for your project.
If you can find a similar app (in fuction); you may want to use this as a guide / example for the AI to follow -> then change it to meet your requirements.
Once you have a plan, smaller "coder" models can be used to do the actual coding and/or Gemini / ChatGPT.
This trick here is -> make sure your plan is clear enough to the AI to program/code it.
The stronger your requirements / case and more detailed the instruction (as well as what you DON'T want) the better the gen by the AI(s).
