Prompt can hardly fix it. The only way I can advise is, make it unseen. Switch the angles, cover it with hands, or do sth else to avoid exposing it.
My v10.2 merge does add a bit of cockqwen and PENISLORA at small weights. However, it still is very hard to remove genitalia confusion... it seems baked into snofs and a few other NSFW LORAs I've tested. I believe q27916430 mentioned something about confusion at the text encoder level...
