What loras should i use "together" in one workflow?

I want to try your Mega-v8 ... Should I still use the lightx2v/Wan2.2-Lightning (high/low) combined with your model? (it's a checkpoint merge, right?)
And for example, if I’m trying wan2.2-rapid-mega-aio-v8.safetensors, do you recommend using lightx2v low/high? or other loras?
Distillation is already in Rapid, do not use
