how to use the Custom-Advanced-VACE-Node? and will this node be useful for what?
as topic, thanks
I'm happy to answer any questions about it.
Is it possible to have the same node but for start and end latents not to have to reencode not to get lower quality and seams when extend a video

I tried to hack VACE to take the end of the latent and use it for the start of the next video generation. I too want VAE removed from the extension process. It was a disaster because latent structure is nothing like image frame structure. It has like a horror pyramid structure with layers. There are nodes that let you look into the contents of the latent and it is not pretty. I still tried putting the end of the pyramid at the beginning of the next generation and the result was way worse than the current VAE version.
If someone can figure out how to properly window shift the latent space for video, they would be a hero.

I actually figured this out a while ago, so you have it safe the latent as an image batch and if you have it set for a a certain amount you can view the images and figure out which index is your last frame (depends on your config. msg me if you want the workflow, You also want to save that last image and upscale it to keep the video quality from deteriorating
