Improve model card

Browse files

This PR improves the model card for RAT+. It adds the `text-generation` pipeline tag to the metadata to improve discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub. It also adds links to the official paper and the GitHub repository, along with a more detailed description of the RAT+ architecture and the necessary resolution adaptation process.
