This conversion is much needed, especially for more accessible training. Diffusers seems to be having an issue with with your formatting though. Maybe try renaming "diffusion_pytorch_model.index.json" (in the "transformer" folder) to "diffusion_pytorch_model.safetensors.index.json", following the naming convention in Wan-AI's original Diffusers versions.
