My goal is to get access to Llama variants. I have access to Llama 3 in HF but not Llama 3.1. I have access to Llama 3.1 via Llama Stack but I am not sure whether I can use it with HF

I am writing my thesis and would need to compare with Llama variants. To be specific, I don’t modify Llama architecture, I am locating and editing knowledge. Previous paper use Llama to demonstrate the quantitative experiment results

I have been denied a month ago or so. My option is to either just copy the baseline result from the paper and reference it or try it out
