Prune dead template code, pin deps, fix the reboot loop
Claude +1: Claude Opus 5 (1M context)This Space was forked from HuggingFace's open-llm-leaderboard, which was built for a much larger job (eval queue, cluster-run submissions, dynamic model metadata, LLM-as-judge). None of that was ever wired up. Import tracing from app.py found 15 of 22 Python files unreachable. Remove the 143 KB of dead code: src/gen (arena-hard-auto), src/tools, src/submission, src/scripts, src/populate.py, read_evals.py, filter_models.py, formatting.py. Also drop index.html and style.css, which were the default static-Space template boilerplate, and genned.json, a build artifact that was committed by accident. Fix the 10-minute restart loop. update_board() guarded on a pending submission but used `pass` instead of `return`, so it fell through and restarted the Space every 10 minutes regardless -- roughly 144 rebuilds a day, each one force-redownloading both datasets. This is the most likely source of the sustained CPU load that got the Space flagged as a miner. Harden dependencies. 25 requirements …82b24dc
