Make the model loading self-contained

This PR simply uploads the submodule files of the model from the original repository, so that it can be loaded without having to clone the repository and add it to the Python path.
(Disclaimer: this is my first time doing this, so I'm not sure if there's a better way to do it, but it seems correct to me)
Thanks for spotting and fixing - I think this was mistakenly deleted in our upload!
