hunyuan3d-mlx-shape-small

Image-to-shape weights for the small shape slot of the Hunyuan3D-Swift / Modelr MLX pipeline.

This bundle is the official hunyuan3d-dit-v2-mini checkpoint (0.6B-parameter image-to-shape DiT, flow-matching, 30-step CFG) from Tencent's Hunyuan3D-2mini. The tensor data is repackaged unmodified; only the on-disk layout is fixed so the byte layout is a stable contract for the MLX loader. config.yaml is included alongside the weights because the MLX shape pipeline reads model geometry (e.g. VAE scale factor) from it — the official layout does not always ship it next to this checkpoint.
